Do I need a technician to install my avisec camera, or can I set it up myself?

You can choose either option. Many customers install the camera themselves using our step-by-step onboarding guide. If you prefer on-site installation, we can send a certified technician or connect you with a local partner. Both options ensure the camera is fully configured and tested before use.
What kind of support is included after I buy a camera from avisec?

All customers get access to our technical support team for questions about hardware, software, image feed setup and data publishing. Depending on your needs, you can also add extended support plans, remote diagnostics or on-site services. Support is available by phone, email and remote access.
Where can I find pricing for installation or support services?
Who can join the avisec Partner Program?

The program is designed for companies that sell construction services, install cameras, work in construction or IT, as well as marketing agencies looking to sell professional timelapse-videos to their customers. Partners get access to training, demo equipment, discounts, and priority support. You don’t need to be a large reseller – small businesses and freelancers are welcome, as long as you need 10+ Cameras.
